Afterflow Reveal Goes Live as Unique Geometric Art Lands and Afterimage Lab Opens

Afterflow art is live. On-chain tokenURI reads for the sold-out Ethereum collection no longer resolve to the shared unrevealed placeholder; sampled tokens now return unique metadata with names such as Afterflow #1268, SVG artwork URLs, and trait fields including Direction, Palette, Columns, Rows, and Spacing. That is the third chapter after this morning’s allowlist fill (LN 11282) and the 10,000/10,000 sellout that started the reveal clock (LN 11284). Official channel traffic put the reveal start near 3:02 p.m. EDT, flagged a brief storage hiccup on a backup provider, then said art would land around 3:50–4:10 p.m. EDT — our chain check after 1:50 p.m. PDT already shows resolved artwork JSON, not placeholder.json.

The metadata itself is the culture receipt. Sampled pieces carry committed artwork IDs that do not always match the token ID — token 1 mapped to artwork #1268 in our read — matching disorderly’s line that artwork numbers identify the committed art order while token-to-art assignment is fixed by the on-chain reveal. Palettes in the small sample included Ember, Ultraviolet, Lagoon, Terracotta, and Electric; grid traits showed varying column/row counts with Spacing values such as Separated. Properties also list a generator version (0.1.1 on samples), a seed hash, a canonical IPFS image, and a holder license URL. Attribute the trait schema to the live metadata files; do not invent rarity ranks or a complete trait census from five tokens.

Disorderly’s collector gallery is up at afterflow.disorderly.ai/gallery.html, telling holders to search by wallet token number and warning that marketplace previews may lag the on-chain record. The OpenSea collection linked from the project channel remains afterflow-by-disorderly; treat any secondary floor as marketplace-refresh risk until listings clearly show revealed SVGs. This desk did not publish a verified OpenSea floor print for this chapter.

The Afterimage Lab also resolved with the reveal. afterimage.disorderly.ai is live as “The Afterimage Laboratory,” with forge-terminal copy that asks holders to place five Afterflows on a tray, preview a proposed Afterimage, then approve a burn. The interface language is explicit: five Afterflows burn permanently; sales and owners shape the Afterimage; load → preview → approve → forge. That converts Monday morning’s partner lore into a primary product surface — still a project mechanic, not a guaranteed secondary yield. Attribute burn economics and specimen rules to the live Afterimage pages; do not invent completed forge counts or a circulating Afterimage floor until explorers and marketplaces print them.

Keep the caveats hard. Edition size remains the sold-out 10,000 on contract 0xa339…5756; reveal does not mint more supply. Marketplace caches can still show placeholders after the URI flip — the gallery itself says wallet and marketplace previews may update later. Official posts described a storage hiccup mid-reveal; holders were told no action was needed while art landed. Do not invent a Chainlink VRF hash, a full trait rarity table, or a claim that every marketplace card has refreshed.

This chapter stays on the Afterflow tracker lane, separate from Pharaoh God Mob’s still-pending 6:00 p.m. ET Heart Chakra bounty and from Monday’s other free-mint files. The new fact is revealed generative geometry on-chain plus an open Afterimage forge — not another supply counter at the cap. Holders who minted into a shared placeholder this morning now have distinct SVGs to verify against the gallery and against whatever marketplace cards still lag.

Lore thread: Watch whether OpenSea and other venues clear the placeholder cache for trait trading, whether the Afterimage Lab posts its first confirmed five-burn forge receipts, and how the committed artwork-order numbering shows up in collector chatter versus wallet token IDs.

Bottom line: Afterflow’s on-chain metadata has flipped from placeholder to unique generative art after the 10,000 sellout, and the Afterimage Lab is live for five-piece burn previews.
