Bullish Names Solana Aptos and Ethereum for Issuer-Sponsored Tokenized Shares

Bullish (NYSE: BLSH) said on November 3, 2026 that it has named Solana, Aptos, and Ethereum as the initial network partners for its equity tokenization services. The company’s own release frames the move as a multi-network expansion of issuer-sponsored tokenized shares: Solana is already the foundation, with Aptos and Ethereum planned next so issuers can reach investors on the chains they already use while the official ownership record stays with the transfer agent. This is a Real-World Utility desk chapter about what settles and where — not a reprint of Securitize’s Solana stock expansion or the NYSE transfer-agent venue partners already on the watchlist.
The announcement follows the October 27 tokenization event Bullish and Equiniti hosted at the New York Stock Exchange. At that demo, Bullish CEO Tom Farley and Equiniti CEO Dan Kramer transferred 61 million tokenized reserved Bullish shares on Solana, administered by Equiniti, with the transfer completing in seconds. Farley also showed issuers distributing a digital Consensus pass to a shareholder wallet as an onchain reward. Bullish says it intends to offer the same capabilities on Aptos and Ethereum, and on other networks over time. Attribute those demo facts to Bullish’s November 3 release — they are company-described receipts, not an independent exchange-volume print.
For issuers and shareholders, Bullish lists the familiar RWA utility pitch: round-the-clock markets, near-instant settlement, programmable corporate actions, real-time visibility into share ownership, and new ways to engage and reward holders. Thomas Cowan, Head of Tokenization at Bullish, said the firm wants issuer tokens available on key blockchains for investors, calling Solana the foundation and Aptos plus Ethereum the “logical next step.” No public Aptos or Ethereum launch dates, issuer customer names, or live multi-network trading volumes appear in the release.
Corporate context matters for the custody desk. In May, Bullish agreed to acquire Equiniti to span the full lifecycle of a tokenized security and said it became the first NYSE-listed company to fully tokenize its own equity cap table on Solana. Tokenized BLSH shares later began trading on Bullish Exchange, and Bullish and Equiniti convened the Issuer Sponsored Token Coalition to advance an issuer-sponsored model. With this week’s tokenization of 61 million reserved BLSH shares, Bullish says it has earmarked enough shares for closing the Equiniti acquisition, with the final amount at closing set under the merger agreement. The deal remains subject to remaining regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
That last clause is the utility gate. Network naming is live as a product roadmap; Aptos and Ethereum availability, third-party issuer listings beyond BLSH, and any NFT-adjacent shareholder-reward flows remain pending dated launches. Collectors and NFT desks care because tokenized equity rails and onchain shareholder passes sit beside the same wallet stacks that hold marketplace bids — but only when the networks are actually live for named issuers, not when a press release lists them as partners.
Utility check: Solana tokenization of reserved BLSH shares is the demonstrated leg; Aptos and Ethereum are named expansion targets without public go-live dates, customer issuer lists, or multi-chain volume. Until Bullish or Equiniti posts a dated Aptos/Ethereum mint or transfer receipt, treat the multi-network claim as shipping software plus a partner roster — not settled cross-chain equity tape.
Bottom line: Bullish used November 3 to name Solana, Aptos, and Ethereum as its first equity-tokenization networks after the Oct. 27 NYSE demo of 61 million reserved BLSH shares — with Aptos and Ethereum still awaiting dated go-lives.
