Crypto.com and OG.com Launch Regulated U.S. Crypto Perpetuals With Up to 5x Leverage

Crypto.com and OG.com said Tuesday they have launched Crypto Perpetuals for eligible U.S. traders across the Crypto.com App and Exchange. The October 27 company release frames the product as continuous, non-expiring crypto perpetual contracts with up to 5x leverage, Take-Profit and Stop-Loss at entry, and isolated margin. Crypto.com said it recently registered as an Introducing Broker with the National Futures Association to offer the service.

The venue path is CFTC-linked clearing, not an offshore book. Product and TradeInformer wraps identify trading on Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA), a brand of North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc., which is registered with the CFTC as both a DCM and a DCO and also runs OG Prediction Markets. Foris DAX Inc. (Crypto.com) acts as a guaranteed introducing broker and passes customers to Foris DAX FCM, LLC, which carries accounts and holds funds and margin — Crypto.com’s own product page stresses the IB does not hold customer funds or margin.

Launch books and fee clocks are named. Crypto.com’s product page lists launch Crypto Perps including BTC, ETH, SOL, HYPE, ZEC, and SEI, with stocks, pre-IPO, and commodities perpetuals “coming soon.” Eligible users get a full trading-fee rebate from October 27 through November 26, 2026; TradeInformer says maker, taker, DCM pass-through, and liquidation fees are waived in that window. The Help Center FAQ adds that standard funding payments still apply, fee waivers track execution time not order-placement time, and first-time perps traders must complete a risk-profile survey. A separate $50 fee-rebate voucher applies for users who complete Perpetuals account setup on or after October 27, valid seven days and covering trading fees only — not funding or liquidation fees.

At 5x, Crypto.com’s product copy uses a simple capital example: $200 margin supports a $1,000 position. Positions have no expiry and can run funding continuously; losses may exceed initial margin. Attribute eligibility language carefully — the company and The Block both say “eligible” U.S. traders without publishing a full state-by-state matrix in the launch release, so collectors should check in-app availability rather than assume every U.S. wallet can open a CDNA perps book today.

Policy context sits behind the venue print. The Block notes the launch follows the CFTC’s May move to open U.S. markets to crypto perpetuals — including Kalshi’s bitcoin perpetual approval and Coinbase no-action relief — with Kraken’s U.S. perps on Kraken Pro after its Bitnomial deal. Crypto.com is also pushing stock-derivatives rails: Nadex under OG.com registered with the SEC for security futures last month, and CEO Kris Marszalek has said the company is working with the SEC and CFTC toward single-stock perpetual futures. Those forward products are not live Tuesday books.

Keep this chapter separate from Tuesday’s CFTC Utah prediction-market preemption suit and from Invisible Friends’ Walk physical-burn clock. Those are policy and phygital custody stories. Today’s unused primary is Crypto.com’s regulated U.S. crypto-perps venue launch through CDNA/OG.com with named launch assets, isolated margin, and a dated fee-waiver window.

For NFT and crypto desks that already hedge inventory with perps, the practical check is whether the App or Exchange surface shows CDNA perpetuals for the user’s eligibility profile, whether funding rates and liquidation rules match the Help Center FAQ, and whether the November 26 fee waiver still applies at execution time. Prefer Crypto.com’s company and product pages over Telegram screenshots claiming “unrestricted U.S. 50x.”

Venue watch: Watch whether Crypto.com posts a dated eligibility matrix or additional launch assets beyond the initial BTC/ETH/SOL/HYPE/ZEC/SEI roster before the November 26 fee window closes — those two receipts decide how wide the U.S. CDNA perps venue actually is for retail bids.

Bottom line: Crypto.com and OG.com launched CFTC-linked U.S. crypto perpetuals on the App and Exchange with up to 5x leverage, isolated margin, and fee waivers through November 26 for eligible traders.
