Dataline Raises $10.6M for AI Agent Data Network and Plans Base Token Sale

Dataline, a decentralized data network built for AI agents, told The Block on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 that it has raised $10.6 million in seed funding and plans a public token sale on Base via Uniswap’s Continuous Clearing Auction. Co-founder Nuo Shi said Lattice and Samsung-backed Dispersion Capital co-led the round, with Symbolic Capital, Coinbase Ventures, Anagram, and Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev also in. This is a Dev Pulse infra chapter — agent data rails and a CCA calendar — not a marketplace fee change and not a custody M&A beat.
Capital facts: the SAFE-plus-token-warrant round closed in April; valuation undisclosed; no investor board, observer, or advisory seats, Shi said. Unnamed participants include a former CFTC head and founders or partners tied to Venmo, Anchorage Digital, NEA, General Catalyst, Jump Capital, and FalconX. Product side: Dataline is already live across about 50 data sources, scores feeds for reliability/recency/consistency, and pitches agent-native context (for example peg-stability color around a $0.97 stablecoin print) versus a bare price API. Shi named Chainlink, Pyth, The Graph, and Grass as peers and said Dataline was built for AI agents first. First “AI Data Launch” group: Hyperliquid, Polymarket, Kalshi, Base, Robinhood Chain, BNB Chain, Sui, and TON — with free access for developers building on Base and Robinhood Chain.
Token calendar: year-end token target for payments and access, including lock-for-access instead of a plain subscription; Base Uniswap CCA details expected next week; Shi wants the largest CCA on Base so far but declined raise size, supply sold, and other terms. After launch, providers stake tokens when submitting data, get paid and unstaked on acceptance, keep stake locked on recurring feeds, and can lose stake after AI review plus a network vote on rejected data. Fees are not live yet; proceeds go to more sources, verification, and later robotics / AI-training data. Founded 2025 after a BNB Chain AI hackathon; team mainly Europe and North America; headcount undisclosed.
For NFT and marketplace desks, the useful cut is free Base / Robinhood Chain agent access sitting next to prediction-market and chain data (Polymarket, Kalshi, Hyperliquid in the launch set) — tooling for bots that price floors, bids, and peg risk, not a new NFT marketplace. Do not treat the April-closed SAFE as a brand-new raise today, and do not treat “largest CCA on Base” as a confirmed size until Uniswap terms post.
Prior Fhenix CoFHE mainnet LN stays a separate privacy-compute chapter; today’s beat is seed disclosure plus a Base CCA calendar for an AI-agent data network. Alpenglow stays a Solana consensus file.
Protocol watch: Watch whether Uniswap CCA terms land next week with size and supply, whether year-end token launch actually clears, whether staking-for-data-quality goes live with measurable slash outcomes, and whether the ~50-source set grows into robotics / training data as promised — the desk cares about CCA docs and live fee/stake mechanics, not the AI slogan alone.
Bottom line: Dataline disclosed a $10.6 million seed (April SAFE) and plans a Base Uniswap CCA token sale with year-end launch aims — AI-agent data rails live on ~50 sources; sale terms still next week.
