Securitize Brings Apple, Nvidia, and Tesla Shares to Solana With NYSE Trading Planned

Securitize said on October 8, 2026 it is launching Securitize Stocks, a product that puts tokenized shares of major U.S. companies on Solana with each token backed one-for-one by the underlying equity. The first basket covers 12 names including Apple, Nvidia, Tesla, Microsoft, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, Netflix, Circle, Strategy, and Palantir, according to a press release shared with CoinDesk. For collectors and traders who already treat blue-chip equities as the cash leg behind vaulted cards, tokenized stock rails are the settlement layer that determines whether an on-chain claim can actually clear against a real share in custody.
Trading is set to start on Securitize’s PropAMM platform on Solana, with Jump Trading providing liquidity and RQD handling clearing, custody, and settlement, the firm said. Securitize also outlined plans to expand the tokens to the New York Stock Exchange’s planned 24/7 digital venue and to the OKXICE Tokenized Securities Venue, a joint venture between Intercontinental Exchange and OKX. Both expansions remain subject to those venues launching and meeting regulatory requirements, so the Solana leg is the first live test rather than the final venue map.
The timing lands as U.S. regulators debate how tokenized securities should list and settle. CoinDesk noted that the Securities and Exchange Commission is exploring an innovation exemption framework for tokenized equities, while the ICE–OKX venture filed this week to introduce tokenized stock trading under that structure. Securitize’s public listing ticker is SECZ; the firm has long specialized in bringing regulated assets on-chain, so this launch is less a novelty mint and more a plumbing upgrade for issuers who need shareholder rights preserved inside a token wrapper.
For the NFT and broader digital-collectibles market, the product matters indirectly but materially. Vaulted sports cards, luxury goods, and fractional art platforms increasingly pair physical custody with fungible settlement assets. When mega-cap stocks trade as Solana tokens with named clearing partners, portfolio dashboards that mix collectibles and tokenized equities get a regulated price feed and redemption path that pure meme tokens cannot offer. That does not turn every PFP into a security, but it raises the bar for RWA issuers who want institutional buyers to treat on-chain inventory as more than a JPEG with a promise.
Securitize said the tokens are designed to preserve shareholder rights tied to the underlying shares, though holders still face venue-specific rules on transfers, hours, and jurisdiction. Jump’s liquidity role and RQD’s custody stack are the operational details collectors should watch before assuming a Solana wallet balance equals instant NYSE parity. PropAMM is the first on-ramp; NYSE and OKXICE remain forward-looking statements until those venues go live.
Utility check: The claim is live at the announcement stage on Solana via PropAMM with named liquidity and custody partners, while NYSE and OKXICE access stays pending venue launches. The next proof point is whether daily volume and redemption tests match the one-for-one backing language once trading opens to the public, not merely whether the token metadata renders in a wallet.
Bottom line: Securitize is putting a dozen household-name U.S. equities on Solana as backed tokens with professional market-making and custody, while keeping NYSE and OKXICE expansion on the roadmap. Collectors tracking RWA and vaulted-collectible settlement should watch PropAMM liquidity and redemption mechanics first; the headline stock list is only as good as the custody and clearing chain behind it.
