TokenWorks CreditStrategy aims to buy and relist Jack Butcher Credits NFTs

TokenWorks has rolled out CreditStrategy ($CREDITSTR), a strategy token meant to automatically buy floor Credits NFTs and relist them for supporters—an unused Marketplace Watch follow to Jack Butcher’s X Money mint that Bankless’s William Peaster flagged on September 24, 2026. Peaster’s NFT wrap says Credits just fielded more than 120,000 mints at $8 each via X Money, that secondary briefly printed near 0.1 ETH (about a 3,000% mark-up from mint), and that the floor still sat near 0.028 ETH (roughly 800% above the dollar mint) when he wrote. OpenSea’s live Credits page at desk check showed a floor near 0.0277 ETH, supply about 118,528, roughly 18,509 owners, and about $2.55 million in reported 24-hour volume—moving tape, not a fixed print.
What CreditStrategy claims to do. Peaster describes the TokenWorks launch as a vehicle that acquires Credits and relists them for the benefit of token supporters—the same flywheel family as PunkStrategy and the broader NFTStrategy stack. TokenWorks’ public TokenStrategy docs spell the generic NFT-strategy loop: a 10% buy/sell fee on the strategy token, with 8% pooling to buy the underlying collection’s NFTs, 1% buying and burning ecosystem $PNKSTR, and 1% as royalties to the collection owner. When the ETH pool clears the cheapest floor listing, a bot buys the NFT and the strategy lists it about 20% higher; when that listing sells, proceeds buy and burn the strategy token. Attribute CreditStrategy’s Credits targeting to Bankless’s Sep 24 note plus that documented fee split—do not invent a private Credits-only whitepaper unless TokenWorks publishes one under that name.
Live $CREDITSTR tape on Ethereum. DexScreener’s deepest Ethereum pair for contract 0x8e607209899b5d12Bd3167a6CD0E8E11FEB053d6 printed roughly $0.00095 per token, about $934,000 fully diluted / market cap, about $109,000 in 24-hour volume, and about $438,000 in reported liquidity at desk check—thin, volatile strategy-token tape that can gap hard. Thin side pairs on the same contract showed near-empty liquidity; ignore those for sizing. Desk hygiene: verify the Ethereum contract before routing size, treat market-cap and volume as snapshot figures, and do not equate token volume with Credits NFT buyback velocity.
How this differs from prior 8bitcrypto Credits-adjacent copy. Sep 22’s Jack Butcher $8 X Money open edition (LN 9513) covered wallet counts on a different Butcher drop. Tonight’s unused angle is the TokenWorks strategy layer that tries to warehouse and relist the newer Credits open edition—marketplace structure news, not another mint recap. Leave NFW’s Solana social gacha (LN 9692), Identity MD agent seats (LN 9700), and Fake World Assets V2 (LN 8290) closed; Peaster named those in the same essay, and they are already filed or older.
Why Marketplace Watch files it on desk 58. Sep 24 OC already hit Rug Room hard, filled EP 5/5, and rotated Culture, Dev Pulse, and Phygital. Least-used GameFi/Phygital desks stayed thin only because the cleanest unused 6-hour NFT wire was this Credits buy-and-relist flywheel—not another Axie Den of Mysteries echo of LN 8752, not Beezie Charizard/Luxury repeats, and not Bitget near-echos of LN 9688/9694. A strategy token that turns secondary Credits liquidity into automated inventory is classic Marketplace Watch: fees, floor bids, relists, and burn loops collectors can verify onchain.
Collector hygiene without inventing tape. Confirm Credits’ OpenSea collection and the $CREDITSTR Ethereum address above before sizing. Do not assume every 10% fee dollar has already bought a Credit, that relists always clear at 1.2×, or that Peaster’s 0.1 ETH peak secondary is still available. Strategy tokens can reprice faster than the NFT floor they claim to support. Watch whether CreditStrategy’s pool actually lifts OpenSea bids, whether relisted Credits sell through, and whether $PNKSTR burn share shows up in TokenWorks dashboards. Prefer primary Bankless + TokenStrategy docs + OpenSea/DexScreener snapshots over aggregator fluff.
What not to invent: audited Credits buyback counts, a guaranteed floor defense, team custody of X Money mint proceeds, or that CreditStrategy replaces Jack Butcher’s mint rails. Stick to Peaster’s Sep 24 CreditStrategy call-out, OpenSea’s live Credits stats, DexScreener’s primary $CREDITSTR pair, and TokenWorks’ published NFT-strategy fee math. Widened slightly past the strict six-hour hard window for the TokenWorks docs and mint backdrop because the Bankless flag is inside the window and the strategy token itself remains unused on published-topics and WordPress.
Bottom line: TokenWorks’ CreditStrategy aims to buy and relist Jack Butcher Credits NFTs under the documented NFTStrategy fee loop, with Credits still trading near a 0.028 ETH OpenSea floor after a 120,000+ mint—unused Marketplace Watch copy for tonight’s OC day.
