Soneium IP Vault Queues Near $600K Ahead of Nov. 2 Royalties Settlement

Soneium’s live IP Vault is no longer a roadmap slide. The product page now shows first-two-rounds subscription capacity at $600,000 with about $599,910 already queued for settlement — effectively full — and a cancel window through November 1, 2026. Soneium’s Oct. 27 launch note put the first settlement on November 2, 2026. That queue print is the Orange County RWA desk’s developing-story UPDATE after the Oct. 26 planning chapter that only framed IP Vault as part of a broader SONEIUM-token and entertainment-bonds pitch.
What the vault claims to hold is a tokenized slice of a royalties strategy. Soneium says IP Vault gives eligible users exposure to a roughly $549 million royalties fund managed by Partners Group and tokenized by Asseto, with an estimated yield band that the launch blog put near 7–9% per annum while the live vault interface shows a 5–9% target. Attribute both as company targets — not guaranteed returns. The same blog names music IP as the largest sleeve and lists examples spanning The Weeknd’s back catalogue, Discovery’s television library, and more than 100,000 other royalty streams across entertainment and adjacent sectors.
Mechanics stay concrete for collectors who treat this as NFT-adjacent RWA rails. Users mint or swap into ipUSD — a Soneium dollar stablecoin convertible 1:1 with Startale USD (USDSC) or USDC.e — then subscribe into IP Vault rounds. Deposits stay ipUSD until a round settles; after settlement, wallets receive vault shares that explorers may label sIPUSD. The launch FAQ sets a minimum deposit of 100 ipUSD, says PeckShield audited the contracts, and notes that queued deposits can be cancelled before settlement. Partial fills keep the remainder at the front of the next round’s queue.
Tonight’s primary fact is the near-cap queue, not a settled NAV print. The vault interface still shows total vault value near $0 ahead of the first fund settlement, with standard withdrawal capacity at 0 shares until liquidity exists. That is expected pre-settlement tape: capital is queued as ipUSD, not yet converted into share NAV. Do not invent a live share price or filled royalty coupon from the queue alone.
Utility labeling stays skeptical. A capped $600K first offering against a $549M fund story is a thin on-chain sleeve, eligibility is jurisdiction-gated, and Soneium Portal will not host a secondary market for vault shares at launch — exits rely on Standard or Instant Withdrawal paths when capacity exists. Instant paths can apply fees and reject oversized requests. Share Value updates monthly from fund reports, so marked yield can move after settlement even if the deposit queue looks “full” tonight.
Read this against the prior Soneium chapter without recycling it. Oct. 26’s piece covered a native SONEIUM token plan plus IP Vault and entertainment bonds as roadmap language. Tonight only advances the live IP Vault subscription queue and Nov. 2 settlement clock. Token-ticker speculation and bond SKUs stay out of this file until a new primary lands.
Adjacent Orange County desks stay separate. Stable Mainnet’s Oct. 31 v1.9.0 gate, Coinbase’s EEA stable conversion, and Binance’s Nov. 1 / Nov. 2 custody calendar remain their own files. This chapter only advances Soneium IP Vault’s near-$600K queue ahead of the Nov. 2 royalties settlement.
What to watch next is whether the queue stays capped through the Nov. 1 cancel deadline, whether Nov. 2 settlement actually mints sIPUSD shares against a dated NAV, and whether Instant/Standard withdrawal capacity opens with real ipUSD liquidity — a missed settlement or opaque Share Value note would reverse tonight’s “live utility” read without touching the Partners Group fund itself.
Fund snapshot figures on the vault page (Aug. 2026 reference sleeve mix and +7.1% annualised net since Jun. 2025) are labeled reference-only and do not equal IP Vault share performance. Keep Partners Group’s track record and the vault’s post-settlement Share Value on separate ledgers until the first round clears.
Utility check: IP Vault’s deposit rail is live with a near-full $600K first-rounds queue, but share utility is still pending the Nov. 2 settlement — treat queued ipUSD as cancellable cash until sIPUSD mints and withdrawal capacity prints.
Bottom line: Soneium’s IP Vault shows roughly $599.9K queued against a $600K first-two-rounds cap ahead of the Nov. 2, 2026 royalties settlement — the live follow-on to October’s planning chapter.
